Inaugural Meet and Greet in Austin | Building Community for Older Immigrant Professionals

On August 29, 2025, we hosted our inaugural meet and greet at Dimassi Mediterranean Buffet in Austin, Texas. It was a wonderful evening from start to finish.

The event brought together older immigrant professionals from across the city, creating a warm and lively space for introductions, stories, and shared laughter over a delicious meal. It was our very first opportunity to gather as a community, and the energy in the room reminded us exactly why our mission matters: to create connection, support, and belonging for professionals who have so much to offer yet often go unseen.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended and to those who made the evening possible. A special thank you goes to Americans for Prosperity (AFP) for their assistance in helping us bring this gathering to life.

This is just the beginning. We are excited to continue building a vibrant community for older immigrant professionals in Austin, and we look forward to welcoming even more members into the fold in the months ahead.
